Every now and then, a session comes along that fills your heart to the brim—and this one was exactly that. I had the joy of photographing my dear friends, the Saggau family: Rachael, Ioan, and their three beautiful boys. Watching them together, full of love, laughter, and light, was something truly special. Their connection as a family was so natural, so full of joy, that every photo felt like a little treasure in the making.

This session was especially close to my heart because I’ve known Rachael since she was just three years old. Watching her grow into a kind, graceful, and radiant woman—and now a mother—has been one of life’s sweetest gifts. To see her surrounded by love, raising her own little tribe with such warmth and purpose, is nothing short of inspiring. Her bond with her boys is precious and powerful, and it shows in every glance, every hug, and every smile.

Ioan and the boys brought so much energy and personality to the session. Whether we were capturing playful moments or quiet cuddles, their love and connection were always front and center. This family shines from the inside out, and it was an absolute honor to freeze these memories in time for them.
